Statement: Earthquake in Chile

Dear customers and suppliers,

Shell Chile S.A.C. e I. sympathizes with the earthquake victims and sincerely regrets the damages to the Country. On our side, we inform that 99% of our staff has been localized and there are no fatalities or injuries; we only regret the decease of the son of one colleague. Our main offices, located at Ciudad Empresarial, Huechuraba, Santiago, are uninhabitable.

For that matter, the Company activated its Contingency Plan, which consists in transferring part of its main administrative and commercial operations to our Depot, located in Camino a Melipilla 11.820, Maipú, allowing us to cover in a best way all your requirements.

We are doing our best efforts to progressively normalize the communications and our services. The direct phones you used to call are out of order for the moment.
